He selects a Marine Corps Master Sgt., the President's personal aide, and a blonde as his subjects. The scientist secretly replaces the bullets in a gun with blanks. He then hands the gun to the USMC Master Sgt. and orders him to go shoot his wife. The sergeant thinks a moment or two, and says "I know it may be the end of my career, but I cannot shoot an innocent person." The scientist then gives the gun, still loaded with blanks, to the President's personal aide and instructs him to shoot the Vice President. The aide hesitates only a few seconds and says "Absoutely not." He calls the blonde in and tells her to kill her fiancee. He hands her the gun and says, "do it now." She leaves the room, out to where her fiancee is sitting. The scientist hears BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG. He smiles, knowing the blanks were in the gun. He then hears a terrible commotion. The blonde returns and the scientist asks, "did you kill him?"
